Quick troubleshooting

Close and reopen Pocket Heist.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Confirm your device is running iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later.
For rewarded ads, confirm you’re online and review Privacy Choices in Settings if shown.

Save data

Pocket Heist 1.0 stores progress locally on your device. It does not synchronize saves through iCloud or CloudKit. Deleting the app and its local data may permanently remove your progress. If you are reporting a save issue, avoid deleting or reinstalling the app until you hear from us.

Does Pocket Heist require an account?

No. Pocket Heist 1.0 does not require account registration.

Are rewarded ads required to play?

No. Rewarded advertisements are optional.

Can progress be restored after deleting the app?

Pocket Heist 1.0 uses local saves and does not synchronize through iCloud or CloudKit. Deleting the app and its local data may permanently remove progress.
